What is Twenty CRM

Twenty is an open-source CRM, built as an alternative to the big CRMs that charge per user. It brings companies, contacts and sales opportunities together in one place.

The same data can appear in spreadsheet-style tables or in kanban boards split by stage. You can create custom fields and objects, save filters, log tasks and notes, and connect the system to other tools through the API and webhooks.

On your VPS, the admin account is created for you and public sign-up is closed after the first workspace. Only people you invite can get in.

Which plan to choose for Twenty

Choose Pro, the recommended plan: it leaves headroom above the 2,560 MB of free memory required, which Plus does not guarantee. Turbo and Max suit larger teams and growth.

What VPS do I need for self-hosted Twenty CRM?

Twenty uses about 1.7 GB of memory with just the server and queue worker running, so Start is not enough. Begin with Basic and move to Plus or Pro as your team or database grows.

Yes, each app with its own address, as long as the plan's memory fits them all. With Twenty using about 1.7 GB, Plus or Pro give you more room for that.

Who updates Twenty and how do I back it up?

You have root access via SSH and control updates and backups at your own pace. Twenty's usage is documented by the project, and Mega looks after the server with 24/7 support in Portuguese.

Can I cancel if I don't like it?

Yes. There is no lock-in and you have 7 days to request a refund. You can pay with Pix, card or boleto.
