More memory, more cores, a big disk or a combination that is not in the table? We build the plan to your size, with the price settled before you order.

CPE management over the TR-069 protocol (CWMP): provisioning, Wi-Fi password changes, diagnostics and remote changes, with an AI assistant that runs diagnostics and summarizes network performance.

IXC ACS is IXC Soft's CPE management module (TR-069/CWMP). It takes connections from thousands of routers at the same time, so it needs predictable network and processing capacity. We host the ACS separately from the ERP, in Rio or São Paulo.
Predictable network, CPU and NVMe for thousands of simultaneous informs. We deliver the access; IXC Soft installs the ACS and points the routers to it.
Inline DDoS mitigation, included. A snapshot before every change, and daily off-site backup as an option.
Hardware, network, operating system, database and performance, at any hour. IXC ACS operation is handled by IXC Soft.
The ACS receives the periodic inform from each subscriber's router. With the server in Rio, CPEs from ISPs in RJ, ES and MG arrive over a short route, and Wi-Fi password changes or remote diagnostics respond immediately.
The machine sits in our data center in Rio de Janeiro, with our own network, the Rio internet exchange (IX.br) and two transit providers. It is Mega's original location, home to most of the technical team.
For subscriber bases spread across several states, São Paulo is the most central point of the Brazilian network: TR-069 informs arrive with fewer hops and the diagnostic session opens faster.
We host in São Paulo with our own network, presence at the São Paulo internet exchange (IX.br) and redundant transit, at the same price as Rio.
IXC Provedor, monitoring and customer service also have ready-made servers at Mega, so the ACS is not left alone in a different environment. And if you need a machine of your own, we have dedicated servers in Rio and São Paulo.
No. The license is purchased directly from IXC Soft; we deliver the server ready to use.
Count the routers (CPEs) that will connect to the ACS, not the subscribers in your ERP. The tiers follow IXC's recommendation.
IXC Soft support handles the IXC ACS installation and the device migration. Mega delivers the server ready, with the system, database and ports open, and supports the cutover on anything network-related.
If the server, network or database is involved, call Mega, 24 hours. If it is ACS behavior or CPE firmware, call IXC Soft, which has the product team.
Tell us the number of routers and where IXC Provedor runs; we will recommend the plan and prepare the server.
