Is the MK Solutions license included?
No. The license is purchased directly from MK Solutions. We deliver the server ready to receive it.
ERP and RADIUS together or separate?
Up to about 10,000 subscribers, running them together works well and costs less. Above that, or if RADIUS must keep authenticating during ERP maintenance, we recommend separating them.
Do you handle the MK Solutions migration?
The MK Solutions support team handles the migration, since they know the database and the modules. Mega leaves the server with the system, database and access ready, and follows the maintenance window for anything involving the server and network.
What does Mega cover and what stays with MK Solutions?
Mega covers the server, network, operating system, database, performance, backup and security, at any hour. Registration, tax, reports and system integrations are handled by MK Solutions.
