What Mega does

We run the Ravicor server

Ravicor, formerly called Ravi Monitor, collects data via SNMP, ping and agents, draws traffic graphs per port and alerts you when something goes down. We host the Ravi server in Rio or São Paulo, sized by the number of sensors.

Sized by sensors

CPU, memory and NVMe sized for your number of devices and sensors, with a database ready for long time series. We deliver the access; Ravicor installs it and imports the inventory.

Protection and snapshots

Inline DDoS mitigation, included. A snapshot before every change and a daily off-server backup as an option.

Mega support for the server

Hardware, network, operating system, database and performance, 24 hours a day. Ravicor sensors, maps and alerts are handled by Ravicor.

Rio de Janeiro

Why host Ravicor in Rio de Janeiro

Monitoring starts with measuring latency. Ravicor in Rio sees ISP networks in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais up close, with ping and SNMP arriving over short routes and graphs that reflect what the region actually experiences.

Server in our Rio de Janeiro environment, with our own network, presence at the Rio internet exchange (IX.br) and dual transit. Mega's original location, where most of the team is based.

RJISPs in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais and southern Bahia, and anyone who wants monitoring in the same location as support.Same price in both locations; switch in the plan selector.
Also at Mega

The rest of what we offer

ERP, RADIUS and customer support servers for ISPs are also ready at Mega, in the same environment as Ravicor. And if you need a machine of your own, we have dedicated servers in Rio and São Paulo.

Frequently asked questions

Before ordering Cloud Ravicor

Is the Ravi license included?

No. The license is purchased directly from Ravicor (Ravi Systems). We deliver the server ready to receive it.

Will one plan cover my network?

The ready-made plan, with 4 vCores, 6 GB of memory and 80 GB of NVMe, covers most ISPs. For large networks, with thousands of sensors or long history retention, we build a larger server. Message us on WhatsApp with the approximate number of devices and ports.

Do you migrate my current Ravi?

Ravicor support handles the migration of history and sensors. Mega delivers the server with the system, database and access ready, and stays on during the maintenance window for anything related to the server and network.

False alert: is it a server problem?

If the server, the network or the database is involved, Mega fixes it, 24 hours a day. If it is an alert rule, a sensor or a map, it is up to Ravicor.

How many devices does your Ravi monitor?

Tell us the number of devices and sensors, and we will recommend a plan and prepare the server.
