IXC Provedor is one of the ERPs most widely used by Brazilian ISPs: finance, contracts, tax, customer service, inventory and integrations with network equipment. We host the server in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, sized by number of subscribers.
A server sized for IXC
Processor, memory, NVMe and database sized by contract tier. We deliver the access credentials. Installation and database migration are done by IXC Soft support.

With IXC Provedor in Rio, the team of an ISP in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo or Minas Gerais works with the system a few milliseconds away: opening a service order, issuing an NFCom (telecom invoice) or checking the InMap map does not wait on a round trip to São Paulo.
The server sits in our Rio de Janeiro environment, with our own network, a connection to the Rio internet exchange (IX.br) and dual IP transit. This is the location where Mega started and where most of the team is based.

Why host IXC Provedor in São Paulo
IXC Provedor constantly talks to banks, Pix (instant payments) and card gateways, SEFAZ (the state tax authority) and carriers. In São Paulo these integrations are one network hop away, which helps ISPs with subscribers in several states.
We host in São Paulo with our own network, presence at the São Paulo internet exchange (IX.br) and two IP transit providers, at the same price as the Rio location.

Before ordering Cloud IXC Provedor
Is the IXC license included?
No. The license is purchased directly from IXC Soft. We deliver the server ready to receive it.
Which plan should I use for my number of subscribers?
The tiers (1,000, 3,000, 10,000…) follow IXC's recommendation by number of subscribers. Many active modules or heavy reports call for the next tier up. Changing later is an upgrade, with no reinstall.
Does IXC ACS run on the same server?
We recommend keeping them separate: ACS (CPE management via TR-069) has a different load profile and has its own page and plans.
Does Mega migrate IXC from my current server?
The migration is handled by IXC Soft support, who know the IXC Provedor database and routines. Mega prepares the server with the operating system, database and access enabled, and assists during the maintenance window for anything related to server and network.
Does Mega support answer questions about using IXC?
No. Questions about registration, tax, reports or integrations go to IXC Soft. Mega is responsible for server, network, database, performance, backup and security, 24 hours a day.
